You should try to buck those rivets. After re-bucking them maybe hit em with some 5200. When all else fails you can always turn to steelflex!

Cabelas has some nice panels with good reviews. I was comparing prices on them and it seems that iboats has the same panels as cabelas at a lower cost.

If i was you, I would steelflex from the outside and hit it with some 5200 on the inside. It seems to me that steelflex would stick to anything! Let the experts chime in but I really think steelflex would stick to ice :roll:
