Quick question I'm hoping someone can help me out with I have a 2006 Mercury 9.9 4 stroke and I'm curious if I can convert to carburetor to a 15 horsepower I've heard it can only be done on a two-stroke and then I've heard that it could be done on four strokes. Running a 2006 pro team 170 Bass...
