I guess those numbers are off the freeze plugs. If the carb throat diameter is different between the 60/70 you might be able to use that as an indicator.
I would start considering a new prop, and I would highly recommend getting a tach before you do to help choose the right size.

I wouldn't own a jon without them. I'm amazed how much of the hull I can fly at cruise speed without purposing. They act like the mother of all trim tabs, this directly equates to much less whetted surface and increased fuel mileage. I have a group 31 and group 27 AGM's under front casting...
