you need to find out the sujested rpm`s at wot . then prop it to that unless you are pulling skies or tubes and such . 2 stroke are made to run wot most of the time .

sounds like it needs a carb cleanning .ifit has a idle air ajustment try opening it a little counter clockwise . that sounds like a leanpop . i have run gass 6 monts old . never let a outbord sit that long

after seafoam i think it is recomended to change plugs . and running 2 cans in a row i think is to much. change plugs and re mix gass to proper mix and no seafoam . my 1979 55 hp run the same with me alone and another man thesame size 235 lbs. using the same GPS a garman 72

you could have a exaust leak under the hood where the power head bolts to the foot . or where the shift rod goes into the foot . remove the hod and see if it helps .it could be the carbs need cleaning . low speed jets clogged .

if there is a puls there and not just preasure . never tried it . ben a long time sinse i worked on one that old .
