I have a 1752 Blazer jet boat with mercury 60/40. Thinking of putting dual talons on the transom. Anybody done this?

Looks to be a very good deal. Motor alone is worth close to the total asking price.

I used the standard red colored CRC spray. Works great. No issues on my marine batteries.

Someone on crappie.com said to look into millennium marine seats. This company makes treestands. They look nice and are getting excellent reviews. Concerned that the straps that run down each side would be a negative. Anybody using these seats?

I am wanting to super upgrade my existing seats on my Blazer 17' aluminum boat. Seeing that I spend 99% of the time seated [stick steer boat] I want to splurge on some new seats. Prepared to spend up to 250.00 each. What do you recommend? Thanks.

Did my first oil change and filter with the mercury oil change kit. Was wondering what alternatives are available. What are you guys using for oil and filters on the merc 4 stroke 40hp jet? Thanks

Stick steer is awesome. I like to get a clear view of what I am about to hit. Bought a 17x54 blazer stick steer from Joe Troutt. 60/40 merc. 4 stroke. Great set up and great folks to deal with. Would not change a thing. Large front deck. plenty of open room. Get the perforated floor. Thanks.

Good idea on the stern mate. There is also another similar product called stern saver. Could anyone chime in on one brand vs the other. The benefit to both of these is the fact that there are zero holes drilled thru the transom. Keep the ideas coming. I'm sure there are others running jet boats...

The rubber mat idea may be the answer. Can be removed easily if need be and certainly does not require the prep or permanence of rhino linings or paint. If I can find a light colored mat like they use in commercial kitchens I may give that a go. Thanks for the brainstorming ideas.
