Just noticed that if you move the bow roller BACK on your trailer so that the front of the boat can rest on it, it SHOULD give the boat a little more lift so that it doesn't hit the bow handle when you wratchet the boat on the trailer. Just a suggestion.....AND it should make the front of the...

This should be an easy fix. You can get those kind of handles at any hardware store. Just be sure to use a sealant around the screws when replacing. 8)

Thanks! No there isn't TOO much you can do with a 10ft boat, but it is more comfortable. I would suggest having seats lower than what I have. The key is to keep everything LOW with this size of boat. Hope to see your project soon :D

Thanks :) I usually go fishing on calmer water with this boat if out on "big" water. Mostly use it in ponds or small lakes. The seat height isn't too bad, but would be better lowered another inch or so. Just need to communicate with the other person in the boat not to move around too fast! I...

Something to look into. Lowe Boats has a veteran's discount program on their boats. =D> Might want to check it out. I am also a vet, but right now my budget can't afford a new boat even with the discount. But when I'm able to afford it, I WILL be taking advantage of this discount!
