    Here are a few pics of last nights work. Tonight, i'm going to clean up the transom area a bit, and finish coating the transom in epoxy resin.

    I removed all the old bracing. I also cut the two pieces of wood for the transom. I used a 2 part epoxy resin to laminate them together.     This little jon boat was given to me. :-) I already cleaned the carb, put in a new carb kit, changed the condensers, points, etc, and got it running really good. It's 15.7 from tip to tip and 35 across on the floor. The current registration calls this a "homemade" boat. Do any of you guys...
