Boat clearer so I can inspect the aluminum hull. And found another problem, longitudinal cracks in the support framing. Plan on welding and then welding on additional u-channels to add additional strength.

The next day! Now, it's time to get the boat off of the trailer so I can more easily work on it. No, it is not resting on the concrete, I have it on 2x4s.

Time to clean, again... And pressure washed.

Yeah, cap off and the plywood transom came right out.

Now, time to time to get to that transom. But first, need to remove the aluminum cap and some huge rivets.

Finally able to pull up the main deck plywood. Exposing the waterlogged floatation foam.

More foam removal

Floatation foam is shot and will be replaced.

I was able to get a lot done over the last 4-5 days.

Now, it's time to see how extensive the damage is.

I got lucky.... I found some of the paperwork. lol
