Weight is listed as 408lbs. Right now it has a tired 1983 Johnson 35 on it. Have the opportunity to get a good used 25hp Yamaha 2-stroke. Just me and the wife using it for poking around North Carolina sounds and rivers. Any thoughts???

Have a few loose ones on an old Alaskan. Try and re-buck them or drill and replace? If I drill, do I go up a size? Good source for rivets and tools? Or should I just Steelflex the hull and be done with it? Thanks for any ideas...
