    Did alittle work on the boat this weekend. Added a battery box, bow light, and anchor lock. I mounted 2 switches in the front of the battery box for the bow and stern lights. I also moved the fuel tank to the bow and reran the fuel line

    Thanks for the tips! I'll mark where the two bolts are and hole saw in the back and weld some tubing thru the inside to keep it from slipping off kind of like a recessed mount

    Ill have to try the flower thing. She has been alittle moody after the baby he is 5 months old yesterday. Having a fab shop does have its perks. I know we get alot of the pontoon guys in here wanting brackets for the bbq to hang on the rails. I know the next thing is going to be a portable livewell.

    Thanks I love how this era of motors looks. 99.9% of the time Im with a buddy and me being 220lb I figured the more weight out of the stern the better. Im going to make all my decking out of aluminum being at a fab shop I have bunch laying around. That should also help with the weight issues too...

    Well I picked this beauty up about 2 weeks ago off CL for $450, Its a 1965 monark 14' v Last weekend I pick the motor up off of CL also for $320. Its a 1961 evinrude 5.5 fisherman. I havent had a chance to take them out to due work but hoping this weekend I will be able to! Have a few...

    Hi all Im new names Brian Im from Oklahoma city. I just picked up a 1965 monark 14' shallow v and a 1967 evinrude fisherman 5.5. cant wait to take it out this weekend. Over the winter I have alot of plans for it!
