So I have a 1432 john boat, nothing fancy. My battery was stolen recently so im in the market for a new one. My question is for just a little trolling around, is a marine battery really needed?

When I was working for a painter, when we would use a little sand in the paint to give it a grip. Not a ton, just enough to make it rough. Maybe a way for you to save a few bucks

If I'm overlooking it, please let me know. If not, would it be possible to make a forum topic for each?

See, narrow boat

I'll post pics as soon as possible. It's actually 13' 5" by 30 ". I'm starting from scratch and need a little guidance. Floor: I'm assuming a deck is not safe because the boat is narrow. Any suggestions on how to lay the floor? Paint: I'm going to sand it down and give it a good scrubbing...
