6-8 150 hps will be plenty. Get them with caps if you plan running a smaller genny. I've heard lots of good about their cust. service.

Do it once and don't worry about it anymore with 1/8"aluminum.

Since you're starting from zero, can I recommend spending the extra cash on hydroturf versus carpet?

Looks good but I'd recommend a livewell. Could always be for bait or a place for some cold ones.
