Just ordered a new 40 4S Merc. Tiller for my rebuilt All welded Lowe roughneck jon. Total weight w engine is about 800lbs. Heard good reviews of Spitfie 4 blade aluminum. Any suggestions?

Almost done fixing up my flats jon and want a light weight battery. Needs 350 cca and a little reserve. Only accessory will be bilge pump. Any suggestions?

Put Lowes econo carpet on front deck with 3m77 spray, fairly easy job, just a lot of trimming and cutting for the hatch and rod tubes (PVC drain bushings), used flat aluminum for trim to hold carpet down.

Got a good deal on an all welded 16' Lowe. Has factory front and rear decks, floor and side panels, setup with rear and forward platforms for flats fishing here in S. Fla. hull is in good shape, solid transom. Just needs some sprucing up . This is how I got her. *****************************...
