    Lost my Wife

My sincere condolences to you and yours. Your jokes always made my day. I would copy and paste into my e-mails. Get back to fishing if you can. Someone here said it was therapeutic and I agree. It helped me with the loss of my father years ago. Still helps today when I'm out in the boat.

    The Dream is Over!

Holy Cow BobberBoy!! Selfishly I'm disappointed because I was looking forward to seeing it in it's finished glory. Whoever snags it up will be damned lucky. You have always been an asset to this forum. I thank you for all I have learned so far. If I lived back there, I would take a crack at it...

I've become one of those guys!

Hey Bobberboy, Thanks for the show. What a comfortable place you have. I love the skylights, they really open up your space. A place like that would keep me off the streets and out of the pool halls and my wife would know where to find me. Great job.

I've become one of those guys!

HEY BOBBERBOY, Great looking lures! I don't know if they will catch fish, but if you sell them, I know you will catch fisherman! Nothing I like better than a trip to Bass Pro Shops. That place is designed to catch fisherman. I would love to see your work shop. Post some pics one day.

I second that rich99! Turbotodd has helped me a couple of times. Always a promped reply. I don't have a local marine tech that I can depend on, so I'm left to my own devices. Thanks alot Todd. And to all of the other experienced tinnies out there.

    Lifting boats from the trailers?

I have an exposed ceiling in my garage. I did the same thing with the trailer jack. I put a rope through the bow eye nad then up to one of the cross runners. I used jack stands to support the transom. I ran a rope from the transon eye bolts over the above board just in case she fell off the...

THANKS FOR THEE GREAT EDUCATION!! I'm enjoying this very much. Not "TMI".

    60's Sportsman runabout

I would think the bed liner would make the hull quieter on the water. I think your ladder structure will add rigidity to the hull. I can't wait to see it finished. I would love to ride in it and chase some Walleyes. Your ambition is contagious!

    60's Sportsman runabout

The ladder idea was pure genius! How will you atatch it to the floor? How will you brace the outer edges of the floor? This has been a lot of fun watching you. Keep it up.

Repair two small holes from old transducer

I followed the advice here on the forum and used SS screws, washers and nylon locknuts. I sealed around the holes first with 3M 5200 Marine sealant. Once cured, this stuff is tough. I think you could paint it. I didn't so I don't know for sure. No leaks at all.
