Screwed down the deck and put the carpet on the floor and sides. Still have to trim some areas but it looks way better than before.

Also picked of an old 25 h.p Evinrude for a 100 bucks. Went ahead and replaced the sparkplugs and ordered a new water pump kit.

I finally got some stuff done in my free time. Sanded the boat down and got two coats of primer on it.

Picked up an old evinrude for 100 bucks the other day and was going to replace the water pump since it has been sitting up for a few years. Any idea where I can get one or if there is one that is similar that I can maybe make work? Like a similar year or similar horsepower. Thanks

Looks like a clean boat, easier to look at though if the pictures were rotated. I have to go to my images and rotate them before I upload them or else it does it to me as well.

I have also used Thompson water seal on my bunks for my trailer, turned out fine for me. I have had it on there for over a year now. Its not the best stuff, but it is inexpensive and gets the job done.

I'm not sure how mechanically inclined you are but a lot of guys build their own. I've seen several guys build one from an old toolbox or you could just weld/rivet one together out of aluminum. You could get a welder to make you one but it may cost you a little. You can also purchase them...
