    Motor size question

Not real sure. I’m thinking the ability to hit 30 while pulling a tube would be nice. Load would consist of a couple of people, cooler, etc. I’m really thinking the extra 20 would be nice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Motor size question

I am looking into getting a new aluminum all around boat. Wanting a 1860 center console but may go with a side console for more storage options. I am wanting to fish, pull kids on a tube, hunt, and all around enjoy being on the water. Most boats of this size are rated for 90hp but most of the...

    Has anyone ever seen this??

I have had trail camera pictures of deer with fibromas. Everything I have been taught, or heard, or read says they don't effect the meat, but I just don't know if I could eat the meat knowing it had looked like that. Now about the new tags. Fibromas won't take out a deer population like...

    Help with boat blind

I think both sides have their advantages. The netting will be easier to attach the raffia or other vegetation to, but the burlap makes it more solid and will hide your movement better. My suggestion would be to put the netting on top of the burlap and put raffia or other natural vegetation on...

    Help with boat blind

Looking good so far! I can't wait to see the finished product as I will be building a boat blind in the near future. One question. Where do you plan on attaching the backing for your camo at the boat level? Are you going to run a piece of pipe along the top of the boat to attach it to?

    Navionics iphone app

Does anybody have experience with the navionics iphone app? There are no reviews for it in the App Store. I wonder how it compares to some of there other stuff. For $15 almost seems too good to be true.

    What safety gear?

Each state can and will be slightly different. Check yours to be sure. The big ones are life vests for all on board, throwable life preserver (I think this is consider a level IV), fire extinguisher, nav lights if running at night.

Great public link with manuals for many makes of Outboards!

Am I doing something wrong? When I try to login it says the username or password is not authorized... I click the link and then click login at the top right. Is there somewhere else I should be logging in?

    Water Separators

Who uses a water separator? I just bought a 40hp 4 cylinder 2 stroke Mariner that doesn't have one on it. I have buddies that tell me I need one. Are there any Cons to having one? Thanks!

UPDATE: This could be coming to your state soon

Seems to me like Maine has a better grasp on this than MN. Just trailering a boat through the state requires training. Load of B.S. to me. And what's really odd to me is that all funds go to a private company. Sounds VERY political to me just disguised as something in the "public interest".

    What's in your boat?

Thanks for the replies. I am working on "stocking" my boat for duck season and needed the ideas. I can come up with a million things to carry but space and weight are at a premium. Greatwhite that place looks amazing. I would love to be able to ride my boat to get coffee like you talk about.

    What's in your boat?

What things live in your boat that you consider necessities that aren't related to fishing or hunting such as tools, spare parts, etc.

    Service Manual/Owner's Manual

You say they are the same, does that mean that the higher hp models are just bigger versions of the smaller ones?
