The water would not drain under my rear bench seat when I bought it in 2005. I had to take a steel rod and clear the foam out of the channels so water would drain out. I want to put a storage hatch in the bench and I'm thinking maybe I should remove all foam because it may be waterlogged. Did...

Would anyone know what the difference might be between the throttle cam on a 25HP Johnson and a 30HP Johnson ? I just put a 30HP carb on my 25HP Johnson . I did read a post that said you also need to change the cam , they look identical but different part # . Maybe the timing notch ? Thanks

Just replaced my prop, never had it off in 14 years the nut was loose. should it be tight ?

Was there a standard prop that came with this engine new ? Would a 10x15 work ok on 1648 with light load ? Thanks Bill
