I have a 93 Johnson 25 hp with a new impeller. With the muffs hooked up I do not get any water coming from the tell tail. But, if I put the motor in a garbage can filled with water, water comes out of the tell tail as it should. Why is that? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

New guy here I recently picked up a 1993 J25 RETS. So far I have replaced the impeller and pump assembly, thermostat and currently rebuilding the carb. Another thing I have to do is replace the idle adjustment knob at the end of the tiller hand. What I need to know is how do I go about taking...
