Not that bad because we fish flats mostly but up there and a nice pair of polarized glasses and I can see far as hell. The boat hauls but being a weightless landau aluminum with a 25 hp!!!! I wouldnt have anything else for down here.

part number 0313543 evinrude 1978 impeller housing, when the drive shaft is in place thru the housing is it supposed to be a water tight seal or what? i see there is an oring that goes over the housing but I dont see what the purpose of this is and since the shaft is spinning it is still going...

will it keep it from sinking as low as it does with the 25hp motor? Maybe just add styro to the back area?

Hey everyone, has anybody ever added styrofoam sheets to there aluminum floor? Home Depot has these packs of 4 or 5 and I was wondering would adding a crapload of styrofoam help keep it higher in the water?

yeah it mounts to the side of the carburetor I think its the electric choke solenoid from the 79 era.
