I've heard good things about the Quabbin, I haven't fished it tho :cry: Hopefully I'll be able to make the trip too. but I think my boat may be a little to small to cover any large portion of the quabbin lol, guess I'll have to outfish everyone fishing 200 yards from the launch site :mrgreen: lol

Anyone out there have recommendations for a trolling motor battery. I'm looking to buy a new one this year the one I have is about 3-4 seasons old, so I'm thinking that its probably at the end of its life span. Hopefully it will last another season. I'm currently considering the Optima blue top...

yeah I got in a few cast out in the backyard stream <nothing> but then we get this snow. Even though the water is still open and flowing well I'm not tyring to take any cast till the snow melts, I don't feell like sledding down the bank and into the water :evil:

just wanted to give a shout out to everyone on the forum. Was sent over by jimt from another forum. this is a cool site. I fish out of a 12ft jon boat that leaks a little, nothing a DUnkin Donuts bilge cup can't handle. Hope to meet new people and exchange a few ideas and catch more fish........ :D
