That's an awesome tip about the pool pillows. That should work under a standard boat cover as well. Thanks for sharing that. My Tracker is well used and beat up. I have some film faced plywood from work I just screw right down to the gunnels to cover it for winter.

It has always been trailered neutral for me and will remain that way.

I started ripping the boat apart today, got all the rear carpet ripped out, and the livewell, already got an idea where I am going to go with this, I got to upload pics....

I still haven't made a move on this project yet, still thinking it out, the rear deck is all aluminum flooring and channels under that carpet, it will be a major project and I am worried about losing structural integrity when removing some of that stuff.

Most rev limiters alternatley/randomly keep spark from firing at the plugs in he cylinders. Aint hurting anything while it is doing that. I wouldn't go unpluggin that unless you are real confident and quick in your throttle control in case that thing decides to rev up on ya when you least expect it.

I've never tried ice fishing yet, I would like to. I have some equipment, but only have a hand auger. :( Got tip ups and ice rods and and an underwater camera. Maybe this winter I'll give it a shot. Last year I catfished all winter and did pretty good fishing a power plant discharge. :D
