    I've got a 1961 Johnson Seahorse 5.5 outboard (cd-18) that has a broken prop blade. Is this something I can replace myself? If so, can anyone point me to somewhere I can buy one online?

    What's your state law say? Here in Indiana, a boat title isn't required for boats under $3K. Most of the alum boats I see on craiglist around here don't have them. We have the option to title it, but only have to register it.
