Things to do in Gatlenburg TN?

HAHA yeah I've been once but it was without a girlfriend. We took the bikes and rode through deal's gap which was great. As far as the ski lift goes.... There is a reason that I am a fisherman and not a skier. I HATE HEIGHTS!!! Well, that and the fact that I live in KY. I had saw online...

    Ohio river mud hole

yeah rough got pretty high too. Luckily nolin could hold more water than rough or things would have gotten really bad. They were able to hold the water at nolin and start letting it out of rough. They didnt open the dam at Nolin till a little over a week ago.

Well here is Nolin Lake this past weekend. The water have went down tons but we are still way over summer pool (30ft+). None of the ramps are accessable and it's looking like fishing is probably gonna be shot for awhile. Notice the top of the 30 ft tall tree in the middle of the lake which is...

    Cinco De Mayo?

Well i hope everyone elses went a bit better than mine. I found out today that I spend too much time fishing, hunting, running around in the woods, working on my boat, working on the garden, taking care of the yard, building furniture, working on cars, helping the neighbors, riding fourwheelers...

    Boyenson Reeds/ OMC's

I've always had nothing but good luck with Boyenson reeds no matter what I put them in. I used to have a 2-stroke race bike and Boyenson was the only thing I'd run in them. You could tell a MAJOR improvement in the higher rpm range. It did seem a bit more sluggish in the lower range but heck it...

    Yes or No?

And should we trust anything that has 3 lug nuts per wheel? Even my lawn mower has 4.

    Yes or No?

If I was old and wanted to ride from Florida to Cali then it would be cool. But neither apply to me. And now that I get to thinking about it, it still wouldnt be cool. However it would be comfortable. And there come that point in everyone's life when you trade in cool for functionality and...

Yeah I was working here in leitchfield. The whole sky went pitch black in about 2 minutes. I had been planning all month to make it out to rough or nolin on Easter but had already heard that things were way to high. Speaking of which I need to get down to nolin and take some pictures when I get...

caveman, some HTC phone's have the option to turn the mobile network off when you arent using the internet. ex: the phone is just sitting in your pocket. If you turn that off when you arent using it, you can get A LOT better life outta the battery. not sure if youve tried that but if you have...

    Morel Mushrooms

My neighbors have been finding them like crazy. I think they have been a total of like 12 times and have filled up a couple of walmart bags each time and havent stayed out for longer than 30 minutes. They've found a truck load of ticks too. As for me personally, I havent found a single one out...

    Yeager's 1442 Fisher

So I found this boat a couple weeks ago and figured I'd give it a shot. It looks like someone had a pretty nice set up in the past but then left it out in the weather for several years. It's a slow process. I was gonna wait awhile before I started posting pics up here but it's storming tonight...

    Southern Indiana/Louisville area interest??

Yeah if you all were able to get this going I'd be interested but with this being centered in the l-ville area I wouldnt be able to help out much. I'm about an hour south of there and I'm kinda limited with my work schedule but I'm not afraid to drive every now and then. If you all figure...

    Turkey Season in KY!!!

Nice bird!!! I could have shot one prolly a little smaller than that Sunday but I had about 10 minutes left before we were leaving to take the kids to the zoo. I was taking my camo off as I was walking back to the house so I'd be ready to go when I walked in the door. As soon as I passed by one...
