Hello everyone, it has been a while, hope everyone enjoyed there summer... I know mine was a busy one...I did get a boat, have done nothing with it didnt have time... hoping to get it all squared away this winter and be ready for water in spring as long as Im not on the ice everyday LOL.... hope...

Well my son insisted we go out fishing today, I was like are you crazy it is steaming hot outside. So we ended up going think we are not going to get anything from the shore line after a couple flips here and a couple cranks there I was like man it is too dang hot, at least there was overcast...

Ok guys just got my new to me boat 16' mod-v aerocraft alum boat, the transom is for a short shaft motor....I know everyone is going to say get a short shaft motor... that is not an option right now...I went out there tonight and measured the transom from the bottom of the boat to the top of...

A 14' boat with a 25hp rating on the transom, will it be ok to put a 35hp vintage motor on it?

Ok so I got a 1957 35hp evinrude is it possible that they made a 14' boat that will take a 35hp, if not is it possible to brace a transom to accept a 35hp?

Ok looking at a few boat. Will be fishing pretty much all around small and larger lake. Just a few opinons at what size boat. I have been looking at a bunch of 14' boats, and came across a few nice looking 16' boats. I have my wife and 2 kids which makes me lean to a 16' for the xtra room...
