Been shopping for a motor, new motors are ridiculous! Found a '75 Johnson 25 sitting in a guy's shed, hadn't run in 7 years. Motor was very, very clean. Have it at the mechanic now, waiting on a verdict. Pic with motor hung.

Boat didn't have a trailer, found one locally on Craigslist. $350 $850 into the rig so far.
