This has just started happening when I try to shift my 15hp Nissan 4 Stroke from forward to neutral the engine will rev up and it is very hard to move the shifter handle. The motor isn't idling any higher than normal say when I am pulling up to the dock or getting ready to shut the motor off...

I got started on my build Saturday morning. I got the floor put in and started putting aluminum on the sides. Here is a couple of picture of my progress so far.

Is there any modification that I can do to my 2003 Nissan 15hp Four Stroke that will give it anymore power? It gets the boat on plane fine I am just greedy and want a little more speed.

My son and I went yesterday and picked up our new boat. It is a 1652 Polar Kraft not sure the year. I have attached a picture for all of you to see. Not sure how we are going to modify it yet when I do I will start a build thread.

Should a Nissan 15hp 4 Stroke be enough motor to get a 1652 Polarcraft on plane? I am not looking for a speed demon I already have this motor from my previous boat and don't want to have to buy another motor.
