I got one of these earlier things summer and I am finally getting used to it. Doing some fishing this morning and found some shallow water in the middle of a lake. Check out the schools of bait fish.

A recent trip to our local lake proved that if you use big lures...you can catch big fish. My son was using a 12" Manns Grape Jelly and caught this nice 5 1/2 pounder in a local lake. The usual size of the wining bass at the local Wed night Big Bass Tourney is under 3 lbs.

Has anyone wired a fishing buddy FF to their onboard power? My son doesn't want to rely on AA batteries and would rather have it direct powered. He mounted the FF to his deck and the transducer to his TM and they work great except batteries are a pain. I know they are only 9 volt and run on 6...

Okay I ran out of carpet adhesive and have 2 small pieces of flooring to do. Has anybody ever tried using liquid nails to adhere the carpet to the wood???
