If I'm you, I would frame it with 2x2 wood with 1/8" or 1/4" finish quality marine plywood using filler to fill nail or screw holes and paint or stain it. The down side of that is you would have sharper corners, but it would be a lot cheaper. I'm not sure what your going to mount that on, but...
