Sorry, I couldn't tell you. I just picked this motor up. Seems like most parts are available. Oh yeah, NEVER lay it on its side. Took 2 days to let the oil settle back so that I could start it.

Thanks for all the help. I let the motor sit upright overnight, drained the carb, cleaned the plugs and it started...
