I'm really not trying to knock it, but I just don't think it's the same as if it was from one of the public lakes or rivers in the state. I've personally seen people get very defensive of other fishing on their property and know of one pond near me where cops sit regularly so that people can't trespass to fish it. So it does seem to be an unfair advantage, especially if someone was feeding the pond.
