We may put a floor in, Bimini and may extend the front deck.</p><p></p><p>It had a 20" transom but someone cut it down to 17" for a mud motor.</p><p>Think we should bring it back up to 20"?</p><p></p><p>We are thinking about an outboard but are unsure how big we need to / Can go.</p><p>The cost guard plate has been removed long ago.
