[QUOTE="Gafltxangler, post: 360468, member: 14819"] Hello all. I am brand new to this site and new to aluminum boats. I have had many boats in the past but for some reason never even considered an aluminum hull. I just picked up this barely used Tracker and I must say I love it. Ride quality blew me away and never knew a boat could plane out so fast. As all things boat go you {well I} cant seem to be happy with the one you bought. So the first thing I did was determine what I need this boat to do for me and my family and commence to making this one my own one off set up that keeps the wife and I happy with just the one boat. The boat makes a great family river runner for some fun at the sand bar and when the wife and kids don't go I can remove the front seats and fish the flats or the local rivers and lakes here in the Big Bend are of the Florida coast. I have only had the boat for 3 weeks so far and have a lot of other things I would like to do to enhance the family side of the boat Bimini top, grab rails, etc. I will soon be looking into different props, jack plate, etc. to see if there is any thing that can be done to get just a little more than 33 mph Gps WOT standard load, full tank, and just my 280 lbs self in it. But that is another post I figure I will check the archives before I throw that one out there. Let me know what you think. and sorry the first pics are in the next post down I am a newbie so oops.
