I have an older Seaking motor
PN: 7wb27903a
SN: 76x14066
I cannot move the motor left or right. It seems like it is sized up.
Where can I find a manual to rebuild the motor or what can I try to turn it?

There should be a couple of clamp screws that are below the powerhead that control steering friction. This is based on the Johnson/Evinrude equivalent to this engine. They are very simple so do not be afraid to loosen and re tighten screws.. Other than that there should be probably two bushings that are seized due to age and lack of lubrication. Look for grease nipples. When you find them clear them out with a small drill bit and hit them with a grease gun and see if that helps.
