Truly sad and must be frightening. A school bus with 60 kids went over

As with any major event like this, there is always a chain of causes for something to happen. Never just 1 or 2. I wonder who is to blame for many of the causes here. And, what about the other bridges in the country. how many are gonna get closed for repairs, or replacements. Makes you wonder about a lot of these things.
