    BPS Jim Morris Signature Reels

I have the Gold on a Carrot Stix, and that is one great setup! I have the silver on a BPS extreme i use for stripers, that is also a great setup just a lil heavier.

Your ONE favorite rod that you own TODAY?

my favorite is my BPS 6'6" mh extreme with a bionic reeel on it, it is my least expensive setup but yet it casts the best for me. i like the way it feels in my hand, just more comfortable than the johnny morris gold w/ carrotstix; and the pro qualifier w/ mojo bass. I just wish it wasnt so heavy.

    Suggestions on cheaper baitcasters

I love the Johnny Morris Sig Series Reel and righ tnow i thnk its on sale for lik 100 bucks instead of the usual 120 \:D/ ANd i Ia lso lik ethe Pro qualifier because it is about an ounce or two lighter thean the johnny morris and it is still a great reeel for the money.

I wil also be putting an 8 foot rod locker on the left side of the boat and it will cut into the deck and into the bench seating. I am planning on using 5/8 inch plywood for both deck and rod...

Best Rod & Reel for Kids

    good smallmouth bass lure ???

try a #5 shad rap in silver color, also i like to use bitsy bug jigs in black/blue color because they seem to see this color better in streams and rivers i like to hav a matching trailer behind it too. However any color will work for me on most days.
