    thanks , it's coming along slowly but surely . next step is painting the inside then running the wire for the TM and she'll be ready to float ,some time in the near future i want to put a floor in it. i'll be posting more pictures as i go along

    i have to replace all the wood . the transom was rotted and the bench tops aren't in much better shape . i'm going to put a floor in it just to make it more stable to stand in , here's a pic of the transom

    replacing foam

    i removed the wood from the middle bench and the foam was a mouse condo , what can i use to replace the blocks of foam that are inside the benches ? here's another pic of my boat

    bunk question

    i have an older (62) 12' semi v it has the drain in the floor of the boat and a baffle or guard on the underside of the hull right where the trailer bunks line up . if i line up the back of the boat with the rear of the bunks the boat doesn't sit straight on that bunk . would i be better off...
