Family, friends and I went to Ensenada, BC, Mexico last week for vacation....took my 14'er down to fish around the Punta Banda area, south of Ensenada. Fished 5 of the 7 days we were there and caught upwards of 150 fish, with most released. We did keep a mixture of about a dozen sand bass, calico bass and ling cod for fish tacos the second night...All in all, I caught 9 different species of fish on my boat, which was pretty cool I thought....Sand bass, calicos, ling cod, red rock fish, barracuda, mackeral, lizard fish, midshipmen, and coolest of all, a yellowtail....the yellow was small, but it's a yellow, dammit! Fun trip, excellent fishing and my little boat handled the Pacific like a champ....only picture I took was of the yellow, sorry....I keep trying to get better at putting a camera on the boat, but just forget....
