Motor Height

Im not sure if I will explain this properly, but here it goes. Im a newbie that is evident, I have a 25hp motor and on the motor bracket ? there is a set of 5 holes and there is a rod that goes through them and the motor rest on this bar. Where does this bar go which set of these 5 holes?

You will change which hole the rod is in to get the best performance out of the boat/motor, and that will vary based on the boat and how much of a load is in the boat.
