Guys, below are some snapshots of my first mod with my recently purchased 1442.

I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I made the frame so that it is completely removable without attaching to the hull. This way I could remove and clean if needed. Last weekend I also completed my wiring and sketched up a mount for my transom trolling motor, I'm going to place on the bow.
 
looking good i really want to deck my 16 footer but its to good of fishing right now for me to worry about that. great job on the carpet to. what part of KY do you come from. most of my family lives up that way?

my wifes family and my moms family stretch from greenup to the jeffersonville/ winchester area.
