Need help identifying 12 ft v hull

Just got this boat. Was wondering if anyone could tell me the make and were to locate serial number. I'm going to put a front deck and a trolling motor on it. I also have a 53 wizard wg4 to push it. I'm in the process of cleaning the carbs and gas tank
