Hi all
As some of you know I'm rebuilding a 1991 Lund rebel special. The link to the build is here somewhere...
It's a typical Lund with typical paint. It came from a different state and the registration letters were on there for a really long time. The paint has faded around them and left a ghosted image. I am of coarse buffing and cleaning the paint but need to hide this ghost. I'm wondering if anyone has used adhesive vinyl or something similar as a backdrop for new lettering? Any other crafty solutions to this?
I will be back at the build soon (as soon as this heat wave subsides) and will be updating my original post hopefully in the next couple weeks. I still plan to fish this old girl before summer is over...
Thanks much!
