Anyone know about "aint perfect boats"?

It looks EXACTLY like my Sears Gamefisher. The front handle, shape and seats are the same. could be a copy or maybe a sub-contract.

does any body make their own lures

I just started. I have 6-7 done so far. My dad turns them from scrap wood on his lathe. I've made fresh and saltwater lures. All floaters/top water so far. My next batch will be weighted.

    Saltwater combo help

I just posted a reply but for some reason it did not post. Here's the short version. $50 is probably too much for a Penn Long Beach. Penn GTI's are OK but I think they have too much plastic (including internally). I recommend an old Penn Senator 113. You can pick one up on E-Bay or...

95% complete. Just have to hook up the batteries and finish trimming the storage areas. I'll be fishing by Saturday.

    seat confusion

You'll need a seat mounting plate. It's square with a pinand usually a spring sticking out of it. That bolts to your seat in the f holes you mentioned. Then you can get either a fixed mounting pole or a removable pole. The removable pole's come in various sizes. Pick the height you want...

Fishing With A Soldier UPDATE 5-2-2011

I just retired from the AF last year. In 2002 a group invited my buddies and me on one of these in Miami. I can tell you, we really appreciated it. Thanks for setting this up and good luck. You are making a difference.
