You’re gonna want more motor than that. Like beating a dead horse but whatever the boats max hp is rated for go for that. Save a little more money up and go for it. I think you’ll be wanting more from that 25 if that’s what you go with.

I had a spitfire on my old I/O bowrider and was a great prop. Not considering ss at all myself. Wondering how an alum 4 blade would work on a 25 hp tin

I had an extension mounted on my 25hp Mariner (same kill switch in the end of the handle as your Merc) and I just flipped the kill switch located on the motor itself under the front hood to kill the motor when needed. A bit of a pain because you need to remember to flip it back up when starting...
