Lookin good! Its coming right along. 8)

Here is my first bass on a jig. I didn't get the pic right to get in on the contest but it was fun. I caught 12 more(small ones) after that.

Man that thing is gonna put mine to shame! Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Mine used to be a zara pup, but last year I started using a black/blue fleck senko weedless weightless. Hammered the bass on a tiny pond I fish here.

I have the same boat save for a few minor differences. How wide is the bottom of your boat? How high are you going with your decking? Shoot me a pm with your e-mail and I will send you a pic of how my transom is braced. I think mine came braced from the factory.

I got my new reel in the mail today. I'm really exctited to try it on the water, but initial impressions in the driveway are very favorable. Reel is a Revo SX. I think it is last years model(no red on it). I got it for $105 shipped. The only complaint I have is that it was not listed as last...

Had to go cheap on the rod for now, so I picked up an AMP rod. Fished it today and the action seemed ok.

I got some P-Line CX. We'll see how it works out.
