    Here ya go! The up solenoid is the one to the left and the down is to the right. Just unplug the harness from the bottom, undo the bolt and replace. Try this first.

    I have a 2000 tracker Pro 165 and my decks are a marine grade ply wood and the framing is aluminum.

    You could build something like this out of wood and carpet it to match. They sell these pre-made from aluminmum but probably cost alot. Hope this helps.

    Start off by replacing the up solenoid on the motor. I will try to take a pic tomorrow of mine so you see what it looks like. Hard to describe but their are 2 solenoids(up&down) square in shape, mine were on the right side of the motor.they have a wire harness that plugs into the bottom of them...

    Can anybody see these pictures? What is this boat?

    It does have old registration numbers on the side(hard to read). that might help you find out make/model and help with getting it registered in FL. Looking at the pic from bow to stern the boat looks "twisted"?
