I have used the new ones. IMO you can get some ZOOM flukes and do just as well if not better and save the $$$$ for other supplies. Just my .02 cents... :wink:

No. I will not be using a pedestal. Are those clamp-on's sturdy? I've heard that they slip off sometimes. I was thinking about just mounting directly to the bench.

Both of these have 30lb thrust. The Endura has an ergonomic/telescoping handle. I'm just wondering who makes the best TM. Any experience/preferences? My little Jon is only a 10footer. Both of these TM's are right at 100 bucks. Which would you choose? [-o<
