Here’s where I’m at now. Plan on eliminating the rod locker, pushing the back deck as far back as I can and just trying to add as much free space as possible. Removed over 250lbs of wet foam. Most the floor was rotted and the wiring is a mess. Next up is sealing the rivets then foam

Here’s the first changes just to get through this year. Added an xi3 trolling motor, garmin 93sv and 73sv and some fishbite rod racks and holders.

I picked up this boat pretty cheap and plan on making it a catfish boat that my family of 5 can use. Here is my progress so far. Here is where it started
