Its a striper, It has the solid lines on its side, If you notice the picture up top the side has broken lines which is a hybrid.. Theres about a 2 week period that you can wear out the hybrids and stripers from the bank. Any other time its got to be from a boat. The hunting will take some time...

I do all my catching @ Lake Allatoona A.K.A - The Dead Lake. I may mosey over to Etowah River from time to time but I live right by the Lake so it makes it real easy to load the boy up and make a day of fishing. If I can get him out of bed we will try our luck today :fishing: .

Great job, The bimini top and speakers look great. I tell you I dont know if I would be fishing or sleeping on it though. It looks too darn cumfy. Boat looks awesome, Maybe a darker grey on the outside or Black.

What size motor do you have on the Mirrocraft? My 14' Mirrocraft has a 25 that does decent, Its probably the age of the motor that hicups not the size of it. I cant wait to see your boat with everything installed and out in the sun. Make sure to keep posting updated picture. Thanks

Thanks everyone for the great comments. Natetrack, I saw the same thing on the adhesive I used. I was a little nervous about trying it on the seat because I just painted it. I wonder if it will still stick to it with the paint or I will have to sand it down to bare metal. I know it will be alot...

I see another acworthian. I actually caught 2 decent stripers earlier that evening. I just got back from Allatoona and not even a bite. But there has got to be at least 2000 people blowing by on jetski's. #-o ..That would have been a nice touch if the pole was bent over.

The white your seeing is the 2x4's painted. I also used Water sealant on the lids. Thanks for the pointers. Im hoping to get it carpeted by next weekend, I will update the photos as I go. :D
