this might be very obvious but make sure the vent is open on the tank. i had mine shut on accident and it would run for a bit then shut off completely, i didnt realize it till i got back to the ramps

I don't think the prop would cause the motor to pull right, but I would replace that prop pretty quick, I still think the trim tab needs to be adjusted some more
