    Toyota what do you think

the engine is not going to blow. its just going to bounce off the rev limiter. no harm can be done. go out in your car right now and hold the gas pedal down in neutral. it wont go past about 4500RPM's

How do you strap you jon?

thats also how I strap down my little V. due to the small size of the boat most inexpensive transom tie down straps wouldnt work. one addition is a steel cable through the bow eye when its on the trailer.

    Why do you fish?

I took up fishing when I hit my late twenties and quit drinking heavily. I found my self slowing down, looking past today and doing lots of self reflection on life. realized there was more then partying and chasing women. I grabbed my old $12 spinning reel out of my Dad's Garage and was hooked...

What's your list of things to do in the offseason

I cant really work on the boat till it starts to warm up. My only plans for the boat are (money permitting) a HP increase. the 6HP does just great but if I can find a deal on a larger outboard I will.

    Finding Lead

I have a friend that does this but has a 5lb scuba belt weight mold. we just get a good fire going in the fire pit and wait for a nice hot bed of coals. We use a metal coffee can for the melting. works pretty slick. and yup, the best way to remove them is a good smack on a concrete surface.
